This short and sweet book written by Jean McDowall is now available.  It was written with my dessert series in mind.  My paintings "Couldn't Resist This One" and "Let Them Eat Cake" are on the covers. Graphic design by ABZ Design Group in Charlotte, NC. 
Jean writes wonderful stories. This one is about Jessamine Stuart who loves baking, and her grandmother's Boston cream pie is one of the favorites at the Sweet Spot Bakery.  The handsome artist who walks into the shop on Monday and orders her special dessert seems to be a dream come true for Jess except for one small problem:  he's married!
